You do not need to arrive with everything written. Tell us about the business and we will structure and write the pages, and source imagery where there are gaps. Your own photos are always better than anything we can buy, so send what you have, but a blank page is not a blocker.

Because there is no CMS. Your site is hand-built static HTML, which is why it loads as fast as it does and why there is nothing to keep patched. The trade-off is that changes come through us, which is exactly what the £25 Care Plan is for. Send the change, it is live within two or three working days, and there is no limit on how often you ask.
Text, prices, opening hours, photo swaps, testimonials, typos, links and small style fixes are all tweaks and all included. A new page, a booking system, a shop, a blog or a redesign is a build, and we quote it before starting. The line is there so “unlimited” is a real promise rather than a marketing word.
Your domain is registered in your name the whole time and never moves to us. We look after the hosting and the Cloudflare project while you are with us, and if you leave we export the files and hand over the HTML for you to host anywhere. The one honest dependency: the enquiry form posts to our server, so whoever picks the site up needs to change that one setting.
Sometimes not, and we will say so. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it needs rebuilding or whether the structure is fine and it just needs proper search work on top. If it is the second one, that is a cheaper conversation and we would rather have it than sell you a build you did not need.
