Outdoor personal training in Battersea Park. South London.
Live 2026Dan Edwards trains people outdoors in Battersea Park. No studio, no reception, no wall of equipment to photograph. The whole proposition is the opposite of a gym, which makes it harder to sell from a website and easier to get wrong.
The other problem was the pitch itself. Dan works on strength, mobility and longevity, which is to say training for how you want to move in twenty years rather than how you want to look in eight weeks. That is a better offer and a slower one to explain, so the site had to do the explaining before anyone reached a contact form.
Home, About, Sessions, Injury Rehab, a Battersea landing page, Gift Vouchers, Blog, Contact, and the legal pages. The homepage opens by naming three kinds of people who train with Dan, so a visitor places themselves inside the first screen rather than reading a list of services and guessing.
Injury rehab has a page of its own because it is the thing people arrive worrying about, and it is written carefully. Dan is not a physiotherapist and the site never implies he is. Enquiries post to a Cloudflare Worker and on to n8n, so nothing depends on a form plugin.
The palette comes from where he works: a deep forest green, a mid green, and a warm cream to sit them on. One typeface throughout, Plus Jakarta Sans, which keeps a ten-page site feeling like one thing.
Dan had been interviewed on BBC radio, and the recording was sitting in an inbox. It is on the site as audio you can play rather than a logo in a row of logos, which is worth considerably more.
#1A2E22Forest#2B5A3BGreen#4F7A5FSage#F0EBE1BoneThe site is live on Cloudflare Pages with the enquiry route running through a Worker, a full favicon set, an OG image, and a 404 in the site's own design.
Dan is on the Local SEO plan, so the Google Business Profile, the Battersea page and the citation work carry on from here rather than the build being the end of it.
One thing worth knowing about this build: deployment publishes a prepared folder rather than the repository root, so the working files never reach the live site.
